The Rose and Crown Hotel offers 8 en-suite bedrooms on a bed and breakfast tariff. This former coaching inn, in the centre of Carmarthen, underwent major renovation in 2005. All rooms are fully refurbished and decorated in a modern style. There is a choice of double twin and family rooms, all with wifi, sky tv, dvd, radio, tea and coffee making facilities. Our busy bar and restaurant provide quality ales and premium lagers, serving prime welsh steak, fish and seafood, quality local produce, and luscious desserts.We are a comfortable 40 minutes drive from the ferry port of Pembroke Dock, and about 50 minutes from Fishguard.We are easy to find. Parking is plentiful- there are large car parks within 50 yards, and coach parking close by. Just follow signs for the town centre.

From the M4,Swansea and Cardiff. Follow the A48 dual carriageway to Carmarthen. At the 1st roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A40. After 700 yards, at the roundabout,turn right, onto the A4242. After 250 yards, at the next roundabout, turn left into Blue Street. Follow the one way system, leading into Lammas Street. After 250 yards you will see a large black and white building, the Boar's Head, on your left. The Rose and Crown Hotel is 50 yards further, on the left. A public car park is situated just 30 yards past the pub, on the left.From the A40 West,Pembrokeshire. Follow the A40 dual carriageway to Carmarthen.
